What we built

Rather than forcing Promicon's processes into an off-the-shelf package, we designed a custom ERP around the way the business actually runs. The system consolidates the operational core (finance, inventory, and production) into a single source of truth, with workflows that mirror how work actually moves through the company.

The build followed our standard process: a discovery phase mapping the real processes (not the documented ones), a phased rollout that migrated one area at a time, and training alongside each phase so the team adopted the system as it grew.
